There are kitchen facilities available for delegates staying in accommodation. Kitchens are allocated on the basis of where your room is, both for convenience and to spread out the usage. It is not envisaged that campers will use these kitchens!
The accommodation kitchens are well stocked with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Some of those are of catering proportions, so if you are cooking for one or two, it is advisable to bring your own domestic-sized pans.
There are shared fridges with adequate space for delegates to store 1-2 days provisions. Please be sensitive to others’ needs when shopping for a week for eight! This also applies when cooking at peak times – it is helpful to plan simple, quickly prepared meals and keep the pace brisk in the kitchen areas at those times.
Again… these kitchen facilities are not intended for campers.
